Return & Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges

At Aurawear, we do not offer refunds. We only offer size exchanges, subject to product availability, within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged if they have been opened or worn:

  • Wave Caps
  • Satin Signature Beanies

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send clear photos of the issue, along with your order number, to:

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made with the order.
